The years of service of each employee will determine how many vacation days the employee is eligible for. For 1 to 5 years of service, the employee will receive two weeks, after six years of service this will increase to three weeks and once an employee has worked for In-N-Out Burger for over 16 years they can take four weeks off every year. In addition to vacation time, employees also have time off on three further holidays: Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving.
